New Custom Radiator Covers, Let Me Know What You Guys Think.
Hey Guys,
So we are a site vendor now!! We will be making custom metal fab products from suspension items to dress up stuff for the 60-66 and 67-72 trucks. We just started on a line of radiator covers that mount in between the upper brackets and are in the process of designing one that replaces the upper brackets. We will be making standard ones with year, make and model cut into them as well as offering them with your choice of custom text, like project name, your name etc. Here are some pics of the first design we made for my truck to test fitment etc. I wanted to have you guys check these out and give up your recommendations and ideas cause I value all of your guys opinions. We will have pricing/shipping figured out in the next couple weeks and hopefully the one that replaces the upper brackets done. We are also designing a new drop block kit in 1" and 2" sizes that is more affordable than most others on the market. And a lot of other fun stuff coming down the pipeline! The one in the pics in currently raw steel, I am deciding on whether to paint, powdercoat or chrome it.

I think those are pretty neat - curious to see the one that replaces the brackets...

Now that is a pretty good looking radiator cover.
IMHO it would be good to offer it in primed, powder coated or chrome. The one that replaces the hold-downs does sound interesting. Danny

Yeah we will be doing black powder coat for most of them, but will also have them raw for the guys that want to match their paint. We can also offer a lot of different powder coating colors and clears but it will increase the time to get it out. Thanks for all the responses guys, I will post pics of the new design and of this one finished.

Another thing, let me know what fonts you guys would like to see for the 67-72 trucks. I went with the Belair style on the first one cause I have always loved that font, but it is more of a 50's font.
Thanks Guys!

Is there a way to copy the font used from the tail gate? Just an idea for a font..

We are currently getting our first run of prototypes/products up for the 67-72. Once we have the first few ready we will get the website up. Thanks for the interest, we will be previewing most of our products on here for feedback.
Thanks again guys!

Re: New Custom Radiator Covers, Let Me Know What You Guys Think.
For me, the mods have to fit the truck and that would not look right on my turd. It is cool though and a guy could go crazy with that capability! Thanks for sharing!!
