not a big issue, just let the alignment shop know what happened. put them back close to the same on both sides, a good alignment shop will make sure the ride height is the same on both sides and correct them as needed. i did the same thing on a 96 ext cab shortbox and the alignment shop fixed me up with no issues, charged me 20 dollars more than a normal alignment.
