Did Chevy ever make a production model extended cab for our trucks?

The name of the company that did the conversions for GM was Stage West in Texas. I used to have some dealer literature on them, was going to buy one NEW at the time, until dealer tried to jack up the price quite a bit because of shipping cost to here. Super Chevy Magazine did an article on them way back, thats how I found out about them. Dealer didn't know anything about them until I showed them. Bad marketing by Chevy!! They should of sold a ton of them. That or the builder couldn't keep up with the demand. Still see them around every now and then.
