Have you considered talking to Captainfab? He has the brackets to run the SS rotors and Camaro calipers. He might make you a set that will work.

here's a link for d52 caliper brackets http://www.howeracing.com/p-7729-fab...-clamp-on.aspx ,they also offer a weld on bracket , which is what i got to go on my '69

I don't think I would use the clamp on version. You could use the weld on, but you better hope you get them square.
