dog dish hubcaps

what is the diameter of the dog dish caps that fit a six lug 1/2 ton?

Yep, they go by which wheel size you have.... 15" = 10.5" or 16"-16.5" = 12"

I have 16.5 inch wheels so I wasn't sure if it was the same for all 1/2 tons. thanks for the info

It actually goes by the lug count.8-lug wheels take the larger dog dishes.5 & 6 lug take the smaller.Traditionally 5 & 6-luggers are 15" as a standard in these years.But,there are exceptions.I had a`57 Chevy 3/4t (8-lug) that came with 15" split rims.It would still take the larger cap,though.Everything`s bigger in the hub on an 8-lugger,that`s all.
