'69 GMC receiver hitch options with slide-out camper bumper?

I need to install a receiver hitch to pull my car trailer - the trailer is designed for a 5,000 lb rated ball - single axle, electric brakes.

My '69 GMC 3/4 ton is a custom camper and has an aftermarket slide-out camper bumper installed (vintage). The bumper looks VERY solid. At least as solid if not more-so than the 5k rated receiver hitch I looked at for the truck - which can't be installed due to clearance issues with the slide-out mechanism. The bumper has the plate to mount a ball but it's quite a bit too high for my car trailer.

So..... apart from buying the components and welding up my own receiver to the bumper (which may be the easiest way to go), are they any hitch's for sale commercially that either will bolt to the ball-mount area of my existing bumper (which looks to be 3/8" plate - very strong), or fit with the existing slide-out mechanism in place? I can build one but my time is limited and I would rather buy something already built if possible.
