heater core
I found these pics and forgot to post them .My heater core went bad over the winter (window fogin up) and I never did have good air flow so I tore it apart and found out why. Now it will roast you in the cab.

yep... I found the same thing (just a tick less in mine) in my burb this past fall. Amazing any heat at all gets thought there huh?

It should work better with all of that insulation in there.
