Guess What I Found In The Junk Yard??
Found a '71 with the all-too-rare shoulder belts. The bad thing is they are both broken and really frayed. This whole truck was a rolling POS nothing and I mean NOTHING was salvagable!!! Too bad too

boots
You need to snag the upper boots. What color? The rest can be remade with existing parts.

Seams to me if the holders are in good shape, you get the mechanism and replace the webbing?
Does anyone know if that's possible? There may be a good find after all |

There isn't much of a mechanism to them. They don't retract or anything. Just a strap and buckle.

Go back and grab whatever is left of the shoulder belts...been trying to divise a way to make them...I'm sure I'd want the pieces, as others...now that I started this next elusive parts search.

Strap & Buckle
Those are the 2 main ingredents for shoulder harnesses set up. I would grab them and any good upholster shop should be able to redo them as far as the straps.
I wouldn't let them go.
