Turn Signal Lever (How does it Attach?)
Hi guys..I just ordered a new turn signal switch for my 68 c10....its non tilt and i took the old one out (was broke and the arm was hanging loose).
Well i got the new switch today and the new arm..and I can see where the arm goes on the switch but there is only a non threaded hole..It didnt come with a screw and there was no screw on the old one (seemed to be epoxied in ..probably why it snapped)...I looked in my manual and cant tell what is suppose to be there..a roll pin..screw..etc....If anyone has a clear pic i'd appreciate it..or a part number or where i can order whatever holds the arm on..thanks.. kevin |

Re: Turn Signal Lever (How does it Attach?)
IT'S JUST HELD IN PLACE WITH A PHILIPS HEAD SCREW. THAT LITTLE CHINESE FELLER THAT MADE IT PROBABLY FORGOT TO THREAD THE HOLE. A SELF TAPPING SCREW WILL PROBABLY GET YOU SIGNALLING YOUR TURNS AGAIN. . JOHN

Re: Turn Signal Lever (How does it Attach?)
it has to be very short.
