About 1/4". They are real thin.

they are just basically rubber washers, about 1/4" thick each. Here is a diagram.

I disagree unless the 67-68 is thinner. Mine are about 3/4" thick. Am I missunderstanding something here?

Re: how thick is a 67-68 radiator core support bushing supposed to be

If the only difference between the 67/68 and the 69-72 core support mount is the size of the hole, then why is the bushings thinner on the 67/68?

Not 100% sure but I think the mounting brackets on the 67-68 frames are mounted higher on the frame.

Correct. Mounting bracket on 67-68 frame is higher, which requires the use of the much thinner 60-68 mounts.

I have a 69 core support on a 67 frame and 68 front clip. What mounts do I use?

The rule is to use the mounts designed for the frame since the core supports are basically the same. As such, you must use the 60-68 thin mounts for your 67 frame.

Can someone post a picture of what a 70-72 frame support looks like? This is my truck, 68 cab and front clip but I am not too sure of the frame.

Lokks like a 69-72 frame with the big holes. Wish my frame and suspension were that pretty.

You could just shim your 60-68 mounts with big thick washers until you get to the thickness of the 69-72 mounts. I believe that the 69-72 mounts are about 3/4 inch thick.

I looked at the frame mounts on my true '67 and the top of the bracket is even with top of the frame,

I hope this helps,
