My New 87 Stepside

Well I picked up a 87 Stepside Saturday. Its in fair shape. Has the original 6 cyl and 350 trans. The bed needs some help. I plan on swapping the 6cyl for the 383 stroker Im building. If I remember right the 350 tran is similar legnth to a 2oo4R trans. I also will be putting a fuel cell under the bed were the spare would be as the current tank is shot and really would like to move it for safety.

any suggestions or help on the swap I would appreciate it. Going Carb and most likely will run a electronic fuel pump. Ither than that any help with the distributor and the converting would be appreciated. I have the engine almost assembled and only need some small parts.
