**Need help with some windows for my truck**

First and foremost, "Hello"

Im new to the site as I just aquired a '67 chevy short bed c10

Got a quick question for you all, I bought the truck but it didn't have driver nor passenger windows. I've seen pics of these trucks that i guess have eliminated the little batwing window in front which is what I wanted to do. Now is there a special kit I have to buy to eliminate it? Or just order custom glass?

Also, Now that I'm messing with the windows im gonna go ahead and install electric controls instead of the crank. Anyone know of a place that sells good quality direct bolt ons for my truck?

Thanks in advance guys

First off- from the soggy Left Coast.

To answer your first question about eliminating the wing windows and going with 1 piece glass- the answer is "yes", you need to get a kit to do this. Check with the board vendors such as Brothers, GMC Pauls, Classic Heartbeat, etc.
For a power conversion kit- I'd check either Autoloc or Electric Life for the kits. Between the two mods- expect to pay about $600-$700.

Also, we are all a bit whore-ish for pictures....so do us all a favor and post up some pics of your ride, we'd love to see what you're rollin'!
