hei distibutor

Hi Guys, I have a accel dizzy in my 350 engine on my 1968 C10. I just picked up a msd hei cap and rotor from our local performace store, When i picked it the man said that my accel coil( 4003) would fit my new msd cap . Is this correct, The only reason I bought the msd cap was for the color ( red ). I didn't loke the brown accel cap. Will this set up work ?. I also bought taylor red hei spark plug wires. Thanks for the help Russ
