i got one from sport truck direct incase i needed it, and its really nice quality....its even one that you can bolt on if you opt to, so you wouldnt "have to" weld it in place unless you needed to....western chassis makes top notch stuff, there's another post about sport truck direct on here now

hey bigarmzz, just wondering if you had any pics of that c notch? is it one of the ones that bolt on from the top of the frame? would you need to take your bed off to install it? im asking because i had some surgery on my head last week so i really am not in "remove your bed yourself" shape. and if you dont mind me asking, how much did the kit run you?

nah man, i dont have a pic of that c notch, but looks like youd have to take bed off to install it....it looks like it would need to slide over the top of the frame to me

Re: were to get a c notch?

Here is the one I got...it fit real snug on the frame...requires notching the center cross sill on the bed for clearance. Link: http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.as...tfamilyid=6218
Comes with grade 8 1/2" bolts, lots of holes to drill. Taking the bed off is something I would recommend...Here are some pics of them installed on my frame!
