Seats
Just a quick question here, After doing some searching I was really unable to find a real answer
Do seats from a 1988-1998 Chevy-GMC fit in our trucks? Does anyone have experience doing this swap?

Re: Seats
They will fit but it's not a 'bolt in' swap. I just put a 60/40 bench from a 92 in my 79. I used the seat tracks from my bench and got a 2nd set from the junk yard. The drivers seat left track and the passenger seat right track bolted up right up. I had to make some brackets for the drivers right front and the passengers left (front and back) because of the floor pan. I have some pics but can't upload them right now.
Check out threads on installing bucket seats and you will see a lot of info on making the front brackets or getting them from a donor vehicle.
