Busted brakes!!
hey guys, i the breaks gave out on my ol' 67. specificly the lines...the metal line running to my front wheels rubbed against something on the underside of my pickup and got a hole in it from the friction...so my question is, how hard is it to get new lines put in? or how much (ball park) will it cost me to have it fixed professionally??
thanks in advance colby

Re: Busted brakes!!
I just re bent a new line (3foot) going from the prop valve to the "t" that branches to the 2 front rubber lines.on my 67. Its an easy one to bend into shape, just get a 3 foot piece of line (take your old one to match the threads) and have at it with a bender, I think I paid about 2.75 for the line and 2.00 for the bender. soak the "t"" in pb blast first for a day
