Manual Transmission Crossmembers

Are the manual transmission crossmembers the same for all 73-87 Chevy Trucks? I am looking @ a couple of Ebay and its looks like they changed the style in possibly 84'? I found one @ the pick and pull awhile back but, it was on a 85' Diesel service truck

Re: Manual Transmission Crossmembers

I have only seen two rigs with a manual...one a 76/77 K5 with an SM-465 and my Burb back when I converted it to a manual. Both crossmembers were the same ...flat all the way across. I'm not sure if they changed the style in 84.
