Sorry I haven't updated this post in awhile.I've got quite a bit more done on the truck. Cleaned up the frame and put POR15 on it. Built a tranny mount and got that installed. Had to cut the input shaft and throw out bearing shaft to make the trans fit the old 307 bell housing. Won't know how that works until I get the driveshaft cut and build the manual clutch linkage. I have the body stripped down to bare metal and have started fixing dents and rust. I purchased a 55 Chevy for parts and will probably start a build with my sons on that cab also when this is done.
