I've used Hydrogen torches before and the amount of gas coming out of the generator was very small. it was a 120 volt 1 liter hydrogen generator that barely kept up. we used it to solder jewellery so its not a big flame at all. The one listed might generate enough to catch your truck on fire but thats about it. The one listed is an all or nothing type. It will produce the same amount at idle as it will at 6000 rpm unless you have a reostat to increase and decrease the input voltage.
