Sensor in dash
I have a 05 tahoe and the sensor for the auto lights has been pushed down in to the dash I was woundering how to pull that sensor out.

umm i think you have to pull the radio out and can reach up under the dash and push it back out

pull the top instrument panel off and put the sensor back in the hole. remove the trim from around the i.c., both the a pillar garnish mouldings, the side panels from the dash, release the tabs for the passenger grab bar, accessed by taking out passenger side air vents, and remove. remove the screws fom the sides, and front of the upper panel, and lift panel off. reinsert sensor and reverse removal.
