Radiator

There's a decent sized leak in my radiator right in the middle. I'll get some pics tomorrow, but how hard would it be to fix? or what would it cost to get it repaired versus buying a used one? Do the square body ones fit our trucks? Mines a '68 with a 350 and manual trans. Thanks Yall!

You can take it to a radiator shop & they might be able to fix it, but if it's in the middle & unless something hit it, it is probably roten. I wouldn't buy a used one. It is probably no better then what you have. If you shop around new ones arn't all that expensive. Check & see if there is a wholesale radiator dist. in your area. They usually sell to anyone that can see over the counter. They have a real thick one that is called Desert cooler. You have to get new brackets & rubbers though.

There is a dent where it's leaking, but it still might be rotten, would it be a bad idea to just put some j-b weld over that spot?

Not sure about the JB weld but if you have an O'riellys near you I just picked up a 4 row for $194 out the door.

I'll second the don't buy a used one. I just went through this, ended up with a all aluminum 2 core off of ebay. $163 to my door with lifetime warranty and if you currently don't have a 4 core you won't need to switch your brackets and use the 4 core ones. You can see pics in my build thread.
