Ignition switch install?
Hey guys, I searched the forum to find out how to get the ignition switch out of my 71, and got it out. But now I'm trying to get it back in with no luck and I found nothing in my search.
I have been trying to pop it in while in the ACC position, but it won't go in. Do I need to push the little button in while trying to turn it? Any help is appreciated. I've got a sore thumb from pushing the key in for the last hour. |

Re: Ignition switch install?
I've always just inserted the tumbler into the switch while turning it or wiggling it a little bit. After thinking about it, I guess I've never paid enough attention while doing it to give you a definate answer.
