If the new floor pan was not installed correct or the new floor opan was tweaked before it is was installed that could also be the cause.

Not sure where I would go at this point. Do the doors fit and close good now? I guess I would go ahead and tighten down the mount bolts and see what happens. Just do it with the doors open, then gently close them and look to see if the latch bolt and door latch line up.

Another question, did you happen to set the floor pan on the frame before you welded it in to make sure it set flat on the frame mounts? Like FRENCHBLUE72 said the floor could have had a tweak in it and that's how it would show up after it was welded in.

Did we ever determine what year truck is? That makes a difference on mounts. I have never seen the mounts in these pics. Also, I know LMC has a problem with their mounts, as they show the rad. core mounts being the same for years 67-72, which is not the case. There is a drastic difference between 67,68 and 69-72. The diagram is for 67-68, and the pic is 69-72 rad. core mounts.Also, I agree the cab should sit down on all four corners. Sounds like there may be more than just mount problems. Good luck...

I think your floors are not done right and its tweeking the cab. I would tighten the cab all the way down, slowly! And look at the seams as you tighten to see if they are getting better or worse. You might have to use spacers to get everything lined up.

I hope everything goes good for you! Im scared Im gonna run into the same situation when I start putting mine back together...

i did not lay the floor on the frame before welding it in due to it being in powder coating. I think the floor could have a bow in it but the doors line up good to the cab, its just the fenders that are off. the rocker panels also fit into place so the floor cant be that far off. I am going to play with it some more and ill let you all know.
