Blower fan....

So i got a new cab and it still have the blower motor controls etc in it when i got it. only thing it was missing is was the interior harness which i stole from my old cab. the blower motor fuses are ok, there is power to the blower motor but it isn't coming on when i flip the switch. its getting a lil cold and my winter car isnt ready for the road yet so i need some heat to keep my lil happy lol any help would be awsome.

I'm still half asleep. I think I'm reading your question right. So there's power to the blower, but none coming out of the switch? I would check by running a hotwire to the blower to make sure the blower's working. If not, leaves nothing but the switch, I would think.

Re: Blower fan....

Make sure the blower motor is good. I replaced mine last weekend. It was $15 at the local parts stores.

Re: Blower fan....

make sure you have a good ground. Use your test light. if youre getting 12 volts to the motor and its not coming on then either you have no ground or the motor is no good.
