Re: It Ran When I Parked It
LMAO!!!! If i had a penny for everytime i have heard that i could have retired 20 years ago. I always like the line" Me and my grandson are gonna fix up that old truck on of these days". LOL. Go back in 5 years, the truck is still sitting there and it is now completely worthless OR a friend of the family talked him out of it the next day for $100.00. never really understood the thought process behind that. Everything i have is for sale for the right price (that includes my wife but i would have to probably pay someone to take her, LOL).

Re: It Ran When I Parked It
You never know, my 65 I just picked up, I was told it ran when parked, so changed oil (came out clean) and got it to crank over with new battery, need fuel pump though.

Re: It Ran When I Parked It
I like the picture , truck doesn't look bad ... If the hood has been off , then yeah it probably won't start or is full of water .. But if the price is right ... SOLD !!! Always good for extra parts or throw in a cheapo motor and enjoy !! ..GOOD LUCK !!!
P.S. Yeah its always easier to say it ran when it was parked than go into detail as to why its sitting here and the actual problem .. Takes longer to explain ... |
