Shock Mount Location??

I just changed a lift kit from 8" to 4" and am having trouble with the shock length. The shocks that were on it must have been plenty long enough, but the new ones are too short...the drivers side won't even reach at resting weight. The passenger side reaches, but it would top out if flexed by a few inches. This is a CCSB and it has a 14 bolt SF rear and the axle mounts have the drivers shock going back and the passenger going forward. I believe it came out of a late 70s sub so the frame had to be drilled for the upper mounts. Anyone have some info on where the frame holes should be?

Thanks!
