I know it's a long shot but I figured I'd try before I threw it behind the shop. It's out of my 69 it ran good and didn't burn oil or smoke. Is it worth 150 to anyone?

I was talking to my machinist and he was telling me that the 6's are actually pulling a higher core charge than 350's. He said that the engine rebuild shops will even buy a good core outright. Apparently, the laws of supply and demand are in place here. There are lots of 350's out there but not as many old inline 6's.
I posted this already elsewhere but I thought that it was interesting.

I already have plenty of inline 6 cylinders. I was only looking for the power steering brackets for a 250 6 cylinder. I was told that some of the old station wagons with a 6 cylinder would have the same bracket set-up I'm looking for. so if you
have an extra set of brackets will you put me in-line for a set? thanks, shane |

Geez, i didn't know that a 250 would be worth anything. I gave mine to a friend of my father in law for his 1950 coupe project. It only had 94,000 miles on it and ran like a top
