how to mount bedsides with no bed floor?

ive seen some of you bagged guys hve ur besides attached with no floor, im trying to take out whats left of my floor. but need ideas to mount the bed sides. thanks.

Are you talking about inner or outer bedside? If you talking about the outer, there are multiple ways. With the floor gone, you can leave the inner sides with the front and the very back lower rear connected then just spot weld the bedside on. you can make a inner structure out of square tubing and mount the bedsides, then cover with a fiberglass cover. ect. your imagination is the limit.

Mine was like that many years ago. It was a LWB 4x4 and all I did was make crossmembers out of square tubing. It was a lifted truck used for pulling and weekend mudding and this made cleaning much easier. The inner wheel wells were there, so from the outside you couldn't even tell that the floor was gone, unless the tonneau cover was off...then the sun shined on the ground under the bed.
