Going for a 58 Apache

Headed out to pickup a 58 Apache I usually hang around the 67-72 board, now I get to come bug u-all.Will try and post some pics when I get back later this pm be forwarned I'll have a bazillon ?? I got her for $300 and not hardly any rust so pretty pumped on bringing her home

$300 in any condition is quite a score. Can't wait for the pics.

Yes sir I got it and have been cleaning and trying to figure out a direction for it stock or modify.Got the carb all cleaned up and jerry rigged a gas can to it and fired right up even drove it around the block a few times.I will try and get some pics in the next day or 2.Need some front lower fender and cab corner patch's and alittle on the pass. floor board.It has a 4 speed and the ol 6cyl. (235) how do I tell if it is a 235?

that was a good deal..........looks clean.
looks like the spare tire carrier bracket was modified or lowered somehow....?

You can get casting numbers off the block that will help ID the motor. Google search "stovebolt" inline six.
It is most likely a 235.

I just sold the original 235 out of my '59 and going with a 350 / 350.
