Pics of my friends 70 BBC stepper
This is a beautiful truck, not to mention pretty fast! He built it when he was in high school. The big block is a 489, 454 stroked and .030 over. It has run a 13.4 before the current carb and intake.

Thanks for the comments, he did a nice job with it. He built it 7 years ago and it has held up really well. He and a high school friend built the center console and armrests out of fiberglass, pretty impressive. He drove it to work so I could check it out, you could hear the thing when it pulled in, got to love the sound of a healthy big block with cam.
Now I just hope I can build mine half as nice.  It is a good incentive for sure.Glen
