Any vendors have this part in stock?

So I ordered the vacuum actuator (under hood) for my a/c system from LMC a couple of weeks ago. Not knowing it's a plastic piece of you-know-what, it, of course, broke as I was installing it. Since they have a no return policy, I decided to order the metal one from GMC Pauls. They didn't have it in stock, nor did any of his suppliers. I need to have one pretty soon, and DO NOT want the plastic one. Do any of the vendors have them in stock at the moment? Can anyone give me the AC Delco or GM part number for it? Thanks

I hope it's ok, I borrowed this pic from someone on here to show the part that I'm looking for. Thanks

Have you checked with your local Chevy dealer?

Re: Any vendors have this part in stock?

I'm not a vendor, but I may have one in my stash from the '71 air cab I stripped. If I do, it's stock. And it's yours. I'll go over and look this afternoon.

Re: Any vendors have this part in stock?

Take the new one. New is best. Not always.
But, in this case, for sure.

Support the vendors. Get a new part.
What could be better?

PapaSmurf,

No money.

Just send me your address with your promise to pass on a part (for the same price) you don't need to someone else who needs an extra you may have lying around.

That's just the way I roll.

Send me your address and I'll mail it out tomorrow.

Re: Any vendors have this part in stock?

I have dealt with LMC for years & have never heard of their "no return policy". They have always handled problems very business like. I would give them a call & see what they say.
