68 3/4 4x4 Rear spring hanger, same as 2x4
I believe 67 and 68 are the same and the hanger changed in 69. Need a new one for the rebuild and would like to know if the hanger is the same on 4x4 and 2x4? The picture shows the good side.

You're right that 67 and 68 springs and hangers are differnt than later years. Not sure about the 2wd version swapping. I found a 3/4 ton 2wd parts truck, but was coil springs. If I find out, I'll let you know.
