Door Help, How to adjust the hinges

I could use some help with putting the doors back on.

Is there a specific way to adjust the hinges (which bolts to work with etc.)

I thought I saw a post on it a few weeks ago but I can't find it now.

Is there a chart that shows what happens to the door if you move the hinge a certain way?

Thanks for any help.

Re: Door Help, How to adjust the hinges

are they still in the same place on the cab? Or do you have to adjust them on the cab to. Anyways the side that mounts to the cab moves your door up, down, foward, and back. The side that meets the door just moves the door in and out. You should be able to play around till you get it right. adjust the cab side first, then the door side last

The doors are from a different cab. The hinges were removed and painted.

I'll just have to do a little at a time.

Thanks for the info.

If you have good paint on the truck, tape all the edges with masking tape that way if you have contact you don't scuff it up.

Try this thread:

It helped me a lot when I mounted all my doors fenders and hood.
