A few questions

First off my frame was a 6 cyl and i am wanting to move the mounts to the V8 postion and when i put the stands in the front 2 holes for the V8 vs the back 2 for the 6 cyl there are no holes in the crossmember to bolt the bottom of the stands. Do I have to drill them out? Second question im restoring my oem stock 70 outer and inner grille shell and the inner shell has some cracks in it. What can i use to bond these cracks together and also what color is the inner grille on a 70 black? semi, satin, or gloss in color?

Thanks guys

Bryce

Re: A few questions

well the 70 grille is painted in a special way but yes it was black and the transmission crossmember is sifferent for a auto than a stick but if you are using the same tranny then all you need to do is move the crossmember forward and if the holes arent there then that is baffling
