rave good job timberland
So I bought a pair of timberland work boots pro series Titan about 2 years ago and they have been great. I run a restaurant and I am on my feet all the time walking and standing on concrete and tile for. Any how the rubber on the side was starting to break down all I did was give em a call and I got to speak to a real person . They had me send the boots back and after they received. Them they sent me a brand new pair within five days life time guarantee! !!!!!!!!!!

Re: rave good job timberland
Darn,I'm on about my fifth pair. I thought all boots wore out and needed replaced. To me they are a resonably priced boot compared to Red Wings and other quality boots. I don't put cheap stuff on my feet. I'm happy to get a year from my boots before replacing. But good for you and thanks for letting us all know about some great customer service by Timberland. I just hope everyone doesn't try to get free boots every time theirs wear out. I wouldn't expect the price to stay where it is for long.
