Well after being on vacation for two weeks, I finally got a chance to work on the truck. Got the car lift finally finished, so now I can devote some time to the truck until the next thing gets in the way. Pulled the fenders, grill, off and then pulled the cab so I could work on replacing some rusted supports. Got the support on the driver side cut out and replaced. Also cut a rusted area out of the floor support so I can patch it.
 The bad support:  Cutting it out:  Installing new support (drilling spot weld hole):  Spot welding new support in place:  Spot welding completed:   Floor support rusted area:  Cut out rusted area in prep for patch:
