Don't think the antenna is much good. 3 mast telescope type but has a 1/2" split in the lowest section. Bummer, had planned on using it myself.

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

Posted pics of the door panels in another thread "Parchment Door Panels F/S" with couple pics. Not show but would be decent for a daily driver. Retainers have some rust I have not cleaned yet to see how severe.

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

Hi Gary,
Do the upper bed moldings still have the metal retaing clips? If so, I'd like to buy all the clips.
Let me know,
Casey

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

All of the upper and lower trim is still on the truck. Most likely will be there awhile. Strained a muscle in my upper shoulder/back area this afternoon splitting wood and can't hardly lift my right arm. Supposed to "rest and warm, wet heat" for couple days. That puts a hold on pulling parts from the truck for awhile. By then, temps will be turning cold and possible snow. Yuucchhh ! Hate winter, ready for spring to spring.

Bummer about your shoulder. Any good hot springs in your area? Might just do the trick! Sharpie

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

raider, couple pics of the '70 bumper. Not at all bad on the face, small indention by driver's side bumper bolt mounts, lower edge is somewhat wavy but think it would straighten. Less rust and dings than I first thought. Any more info you need let me know. Asking $35 plus shipping by UPS.

If you feel up to pulling off the upper bed trim, I'd be happy to buy all the metal clips. Make it worth your while.

I'm still curious how good the cab is and what the price may be on it? Does it have a 4 core radiator in it? Thanks Ryan.

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

casey, may be a while befoe I pull the upper and lower trim. Actually not sure how to do it without destroying the trim pieces. Would like to pull the entire upper and lower set for resale. I will keep you in mind for the trim clips when that is accomplished.

c109, the vent windows are both intact with the black painted frame work. Not the chrome most everyone looks for. They aren't cracked or broke but will look at them closer, pretty dirty. Missing the cig. lighter itself but has the recepticle, don't have any idea if it works. Will look closer at it also.

dieselwrencher, not sure about the cab condition. From what I can tell the floor seems pretty good, rockers are shot, cap supports are gone, dash has been cut for an aftermarket radio. Will look closer as I get a chance.

Not trying to put anyone off but since I pulled or strained my back/shoulder muscles the other day splitting firewoord have not really been able to do any "wrenchin' " on the parts truck. Will get back to it soon as I can.

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

I would be interested in the tool box door if the rust looks repairable. If you could post some pictures of it that would be great! Thanks!

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

Will have to figure out how to get the tool box door open and removed from the truck before I put it on the parts board. Have had others ask about it but still have not been able to get it open. See the thread in the 67-72 message section.
