How do you remove the lower radiator brackets??

I was looking at some on a 72 in a wrecking yard and can not see how these come off the radiator core support? are they riveted on? IF so, how do you get them off? drill or??

thanks

Re: How do you remove the lower radiator brackets??

on my 72 burb c20 it was spot welds. i cut them off with a sawzall, drilled a hole and mounted the larger mounts for my 4 core swap. the right wheel well and radiator support have some decay due to a battery leak before i bought my truck. will do it nice when i replace those damaged parts as part of a minor touch ups.
