70 c-10 4x4 swap
i have a crashed 71 k-5 ran drove good would like to swap my 70 c-1o to 4x4 were do i start how big a deal is it any help would be great thanks
are all the wholes there to bolt the spring hangers to or in or will i have to do a bunch of measuring and drilling |

The only differences between a 2wd and a 4wd are a front axle and a transfercase. There are kits available to add the front springs to a 2wd. I would recommend using DIY4X. Buy the FGB52 kit and front shackle frame eye hanger kit. I know somewhere on this site someone has taken the measurements on where these parts should be installed. This should help with the worry of measurements. Next is the crossmember for the transmissions and t-case. Lucky for you, you have all the needed parts on the K-5. Your 2wd frame "should" have the holes already drilled for the 4wd crossmember. I hope this helps. Good Luck

that is kind of what i needed to know can i justs grind out the rivets and bolts on all the spring hangers and bolt them to my 2wd frame or what it was a running daily driven blazer befor i wrecked it so everything is 100 percent working
