You mentioned in your first post that you manually pumped the fuel pump with the line attached and it pumped fuel. At least thats the way I understood it. If thats the case then Id say your fuel pump cam lobe has been wiped out. Try an electric pump in line that may fix your issue. They can be had at any parts store fairly cheap. It only has to pump 4-7psi so a cheap one will work. I keep one around just for this.
