where can I get the small u-bolts that hold the front lower control arms on?
Was hoping A-zone had them, but they don't.

The chevy dealer still has them for around $10 a piece and you will still have to buy the nuts

Ya...GM has those U-Bolts for sale (at least I got mine from there approx 6months ago).
Just be aware. The ones I took off used a 1/2-20 nut. The new ones GM gave me used a 9/16 inch nut. I did not realize this until I test fit them. I purchased extra thick flat washers from ARP and compression nuts from a local supply shop. The 9/16 U-bolts fit fine thru the cross member, no drilling required. Does make me wonder what is correct.

BubbaGreen I came across the same 1/2 vs 9/16 U bolt issue. The GM parts guy told me the larger u bolt was actually for a later model truck but listed as a sub for our trucks. I don't know if he was BSing me or not. But in the end it worked fine and should be a little stronger.

You can also have a shop that makes leaf springs bend you new ones, or you can do what I did and get them from Wes at classic heartbeat.

A friend of mine that owns a front end shop told me to make sure I had the big ones because they have had problems with the smaller ones breaking and that's why they started using the bigger ones.
