They will fit fine on 6 lug trucks, but yes the offset is an issue, you can run spacers if you wish.

It can be done, the 5 lug trucks are 5x5" that's only .25" different, the hubs/brakes/axles can all be redrilled quite easily.

I have never heard of redrilling. wouldn't the lug holes be elongated? or do you redrill the pattern clocked a few degrees from the original pattern?
