Re: Idk about you guys...

The first storm I plowed with this year in my 86, I saw 2 late model rigs w/plows on flatbeds....Ford & Dodge...go figure. I`m glad I saved her from the junkyard. I mean this truck was 1 company owned plow truck/workhorse since new...25 yrs, she deserves some respect. I always smile, and turn my head to look at any squares. What I don`t get is the Junkyard I sell my scrap to that crushes these when they come in. The other day I was there, saw one in the parking lot, swb lowerd, and at least 3 driving within a mile. They`re still on the road people, you`re not helping by crushing them.

Close to the same thing happen to me a few days before i got deployed.. i pulled up to autozone and there was an elder guy walking out. He walked up to me as i was getting out of the truck and he said you know it makes me feel good when you younger kids know a good truck then he went on to tell me that he has had his fare share of squares in his day. That made my week

Re: Idk about you guys...

I feel the same way as all of you guys reminds me of my grandpa's 86 F250 4x4 and my 76 c10 (previously owned by my other grandpa) we loaded the same amount of wood into both and mine sat level and his was bottomed out both have overloads they didn't help him he ended up getting stuck and I had to pull him out
