Just finished mine last night. Its kind of plain but that is how it is suppose to look. I'm thinking about maybe getting some mild pinstripping done just to give it some highlights.
I also repainted my airtank and finish it late last night too..

Here's one I like. Would like something like this on my 68 possibly.
 The second one I would not put on the side of my truck, but found it on a guys list of craigs stuff. Said he would take an offer, but no low balling. Guess the pic was supposed to drive the point home.

if i had a nice patina i would absolutely do some kind of warn out shop logo or something. here is a little shop design i did a few weeks ago on a piece of scrap shelving. might give you an idea or two.

this was the side of my 62 just before it was done. added the word marinade underneath then lightly sanded for a weathered look
