Booster rod length ?
Getting ready to install a new booster and MC on a 72 Blazer. Got the stock replacement parts from NAPA (1/2 ton, disc front). I did a quick search on here and confused myself more than I was to start with. Is there a standard starting length for the rod that goes from the booster into the MC? I've been reading about adjustments but I want to make sure I start out in the ballpark. I'm hoping to get this thing bolted in this afternoon so I appreciate any help. Frank

Re: Booster rod length ?
When I changed my `70 from drum to disc I needed a much shorter rod. I have lathe so I just cut it off and re threaded the end for the adjuster. There was not enough adjustment in the rod without doing that on my truck. I'm sorry I don't recall the length but yours may not be the same anyway.
