in the netherlands we have an organisation above the one that does the aprovals and checkups you can take youre complaints too if you think you been treated unfair (like they say the shocks are worm so they can make money mounting new ones while you know there only 2 months old ), they allso do inspections at the garages doing the yearly checkup of the car (safety thing here checking for steeringslack shocks brakes ligths and stuff like that ) to see if there corrupt or slacking on the job in favor of more checkups a day
I agree with the rules in the rule book, he could not tell me exactly where they were in it. I am pressing one issue at a time now. Slowly but surely This will get solved. I forgot that we also have a FAIR PRACTICES OFFICE here, I am gonna contact them once my avenues are exhausted here in the office as I do not want to step on too many toes, I do work here. But unfair is unfair, I agree!!
