wanted AC for 75 C10
I recently purchased a 75 4X4 C10 and would like to add AC which on this pickup isn't stock. Does anyone where I could purchase the parts I will need?
Thanks for your help

You can go back with a bulky stock system but for same price check out Vintage Air www.vintageair.com They have a kit which completely replaces everything and removes it from firewall for a smotth look. Everything fits under the dash and from what I hear it is a VERY good system. It is what I will putting in the Jimmy when that time comes.

vintage air is a good way to go but you could retrofit the stock stuff which is very very plentiful if you wanted to. The firewall on your truck is slightly different compared to an AC cab but it should be doable. You would have to find a donor(s) that had everything, from the firewall box, to the compressor and brackets, and the entire ventilation system including levers and switches and wiring harness.... personally I think thats what I would do, but thats just me.
mike PS- since your truck is 4x4, its a K10 not a C10... |
