duel fans from ebay

Has anyone had any experiance with fans from Ebay? seems like a great price for two fans? how would i go about hooking these up so that they come on automatic or maybe by a toggle switch?

find a radiator repair shop or parts place and get dual 1995 maxima fans. around same cost and prob better made than those.

My opinion- cheap price, looks cheap, mounts cheap, look around for a good conversion.
