need help
i have a 88 chevy but when i got it the guy had lowered the truck 2 inches in the front and 2 in the back and they came with some 15x10 rims.
whats the biggest tire size i could put on them? |

Back axle would easily take a 295/50/15 tire that is 12" across the tread. The front would take a 245/60/15 to match the 295's height. You can put a taller tire under there, like a 255/60/15 in the front and a 275/60/15 in the back.
My 1991 truck is 3" in the front and 4" in the back and I have plenty of room with those tire combinations, all mounted on 8" rims.
