1969 c10 cst
Im looking at a 90% all original 1969 c10 cst with a 396 th400 long box factory a/c. Has very little rust. Just needs cab corners and one cab support. Corners aren't really that bad but are bubbled so the will need replaced. Was wondering what the truck would be worth he way it is and what it would be worth restored

The values of these trucks swing wildly from region to region.
Do you have photos and any more information? |

Re: 1969 c10 cst
No i personally don't have pics and im new to this site so I dnt have every thing figured out yet. But I can tell you more about it. It is a 1969 cst c10 with a 396 th400 a/c ps pb. Possy rear end. Has coil springs with trailing arms. It is a factory wood grain ext. chrome trim but stickers have been removed all chrome is there intact, I would say 80% is in good condition. Like I said the bottom needs wood grain replaced (if I can just do the stickers) and the top will need the black repainted. The interior has carpet and the vynal top which are in good condition. The door panels are good. The dash needs replaced and the seat needs recovered. Does not have the factory radio but the dash has.not been cut to fit new radio. As far as body work it only needs cab corners and one cab support. The under side of cab still has 80% of paint on it all the body mounts are in very good shape. Of course it does have small dings and dents on but that doesn't really worry me. I make a livind oing body work. I just don't know the value of these trucks. If you would get on craigs list you can find it
des moines iowa. Type in 1969 chevy it is located in Pella for 3,500 Thanks. Nick Posted via Mobile Device |

First... and from Ohio. Glad to have you part of our family. That seems like a very good price. Prices will very depending on the region but a Big Block is very desirable. Plus its a CST with posi and factory AC is another big plus. Does it have the SPID sticker? This you will find on the glove box. It will list the options the truck came with. I paid $2400 for mine (70cst BB w/AC)ten years ago but the bed was toast plus it has rocker panel rust. If its all original I sy it a good deal. I'll let other chime in.

Re: 1969 c10 cst
If I was lookin for a BB (Big Block) truck I think $3500 is a very fair price.

Re: 1969 c10 cst
I looked at the CL ad and I think that's a pretty good deal. A 1/2 ton BB with A/C, posi, etc. The ad says the truck is from the SW and it looks like it. Show up with cash and make your best deal.
Let us know if you get it!!! |

Re: 1969 c10 cst
Welcome to the board from Florida!
Big Block factory a/c trucks like that are getting more rare day by day. I paid close to that for my 70 GMC with minimal rust. That was about 15K ago WARNING: BIG BLOCKS ARE ADDICTING!
